The Flu Express events, designed to provide anti-flu jabs across the Island, have been delayed due to a problem obtaining the vaccine.A Department of Health spokeswoman said: “This is due to a shipping delay which has affected the arrival of the influenza (flu) vaccine in Bermuda.”The events were due to take place between October 20 and 27.“The Department of Health wishes to apologise for any inconvenience caused by the delay and assures the public that once the shipment has arrived and the new dates for the Flu Express have been established they will be informed immediately,” said the spokeswoman.
