Senior Magistrate William Francis ordered Damian Troy Talbot of Bat and Ball Lane to return to court for trial on May 21.

Talbot also pleaded not guilty to possessing drug equipment -- a razor blade -- on September 19 in Sandys and was bailed on $500 with no surety.
