Richard Michael Dill admitted taking a total of $160 out of his sister's handbag on two different occasions.

Sgt. Kenrick James, prosecuting, told Magistrates' Court that Dill entered his sister's home when she was not there on the afternoon of August 2 and took $100 out of her wallet.

Dill returned to his sister's home again early on Saturday morning while she was sleeping. He took $60 in cash out of her handbag.

Upon his arrest Dill told Police he used the money to buy drugs, said Sgt.

James.

Senior Magistrate the Wor. Will Francis fined the 24-year-old $300 dollars, of which $160 will go to his sister for compensation.

"I'm willing to give you a chance to see if you can make things right between you and your sister,'' said Mr. Francis.
