Telco lineman hurt in fall from pole

A police report yesterday incorrectly identified a 57-year-old Bermuda Telephone Company Ltd. lineman who was hurt in a fall from a pole. Mr. Vernon Jackson was the worker who fell from the pole.
A 57-year-old Bermuda Telephone Company Ltd. employee was rushed to hospital yesterday after falling from a pole he was working on.
Mr. Kenneth Robinson was working on a telephone pole near Terra's Grocery on Serpentine Road, just after 2 p.m., when he lost his footing and fell. Mr.
Robinson, who suffered no broken bones, was released from King Edward VII Memorial Hospital after observation.
