Charged with indecent assault, man is bailed

The St. George's resident pleaded not guilty to being in the woman's home at night without lawful excuse and indecently assaulting her.
Sgt. Earl Kirby, prosecuting, said the man's wife was employed by the US Navy.
Senior Magistrate the Wor. Will Francis released the man on $5,000 bail and two like sureties. He ordered that he have no contact with the woman or any members of the household and that he surrender all travel documents.
The man was also ordered to report to the Police Station between 6 a.m. an 6 p.m. daily.
Mr. Francis told him to appear in court for trial on Monday at 2.30 p.m.
The man was represented by Mr. Peter Farge.
