A Devonshire man denied impaired driving in Magistrates' Court last week.Thomas Ofafa Apopa, 50, of Lookout Lane, pleaded not guilty to one count of impaired driving on November 5.The matter was adjourned until April 19. The defendant was bailed in the amount of $500.
