NEW YORK (Bloomberg) — Orient-Express Hotels, the owner of New York's 21 Club restaurant, told Indian Hotels Company that it does not want to pursue strategic discussions.

The board made this decision after Indian Hotels sent a letter seeking talks to expand their hotel network globally, Bermuda-based Orient-Express said in a statement.
