[bul]Pressure, fullness, squeezing or pain in the centre of the chest for more than a few minutes, or which goes away and comes back. Heart discomfort is rarely a sharp, stabbing pain. It feels like an aching in the chest and is often accompanied by shortness of breath.

[bul]Pain radiating to the shoulder, neck, upper back, jaw or arms.

[bul]Chest discomfort.

[bul]Light-headedness, fainting, sweating or nausea.

[bul]Atypical chest pain, stomach or abdominal pain.

[bul]Cold, sweaty skin and paleness.

[bul]The pain generally goes away when you stop exerting yourself, and it frequently isn't especially severe, which is, perhaps, unfortunate.
