A 37-year-old motorcyclist from Paget suffered a ruptured spleen and minor facial injuries in an accident late on Wednesday.

Police say he lost control of his bike as he attempted to make a left turn at the junction of South Road and Ardsheal Drive, Paget, at about 11 p.m. He was travelling west.

He was yesterday said to be in a stable condition in hospital.
