Butterfield Bank has brought forward the distribution date for additional shares associated with the three-for-one stock split that took place earlier this month.

The original date for distribution of additional shares was August 31, but that has now been brought forward to next Monday, August 27.

On the new distribution date, two additional shares will be distributed to shareholders for each share held at the close of business yesterday.
