Breaking News: Argus trading suspension lifted

Trading in shares of insurer Argus Group Holdings Ltd. will resume on the Bermuda Stock Exchange (BSX) tomorrow after a suspension of more than three months.

The company made the announcement following its AGM and simultaneously announced a dividend of 10 cents per share to be paid out to shareholders of record on November 17.

The halt in trading began on August 2, after company had applied to the Bermuda Stock Exchange for a voluntary suspension of trading because it found it had given its shareholders insufficient notice of its annual general meeting for the purposes of its own by-laws.

The BSX confirmed that trading in Argus shares will resume at 9 a.m. tomorrow morning.
