Michael Sims tied for 13th in his latest exploits on the Maverick Tour last Friday.

The Bermudian pro golfer carded six-under 282 (68, 70, 69 and 75) at The Links at Madison Green in Florida, USA.

The 25-year-old, who had celebrated a one-shot victory the previous week at Palm Aire Country Club, added $1,516.66 to his coffers in a nine-way tie for his position on the par-72 course.

Justin Hicks ? the runner-up to Sims at Palm Aire ? pocketed another $25,000 for his third Tour success this year with an impressive 19-under 269 (70, 67, 64 and 68).

He won by three shots from Marvin King.
