The Bermuda Stock Exchange/Royal Gazette index closed at 2,214.53 on Monday 16 December 2002, a fall of 29.55 units.

The volume of shares traded was 8,600 with 5000 warrants in Bermuda Commercial Bank Ltd changing hands. 3,100 shares in BF&M Ltd were traded and the share price closed up 20 cents at $9.55.

The Bank of Bermuda share price lost $1 to close at $31.50.
