The Royal Gazette/Bermuda Stock Exchange Index dipped 1.54 points yesterday to close at 4,803.66.Bermuda Commercial Bank declined 20 cents as 6,900 shares traded hands closing at $8.30. Butterfield Bank was unchanged at $56.25 as 553 shares traded hands. Argus was unchanged at $14.20 as 1,800 shares traded hands.
