LONDON (Bloomberg) ? Zambezi Resources Ltd. said Glencore International AG, the world?s largest commodity trader, will invest ?3 million ($5.7 million) in a joint venture to explore for copper and gold in Zambia. Zambezi, which is based in Bermuda, sold ?2 million of shares to Glencore.
