The Royal Gazette/Bermuda Stock Exchange Index fell 12.15 points or 0.51 percent yesterday to close at 2,373.36. A total of 21,795 shares were traded.

The Bank of Bermuda was not traded while the Bank of Butterfield fell $0.50 or 1.6 percent to close at $31.50 on volume of 2,006 shares. On the Nasdaq, the Bank of Bermuda fell 46 cents to $37.80 on volume of 38,600 shares.

Bermuda Commercial Bank fell $0.30 or 4.8 percent to close at $6 on volume of 13,600 shares.

The only other issue to change was LOM (Holdings) Ltd. which gained $0.30 or 17.6 percent to close at $2 on volume of 5,000 shares.
