Two men appeared in Magistrates’ Court yesterday morning charged with three counts of murder.

Siohn Akinstall, 19, was accused of the killing of Ayinde Eve, 27, and Micah Davis, 22, at the Robin Hood Pub and Restaurant on October 26.

He was also accused of the attempted murder of Derrick Golding, a police sergeant, and Troy Eve Burgess during the same alleged incident.

Mr Akinstall was further charged with four counts of the use of a firearm.

He was not required to enter a plea as the case must be heard at the Supreme Court.

Magistrate Khamisi Tokunbo remanded Mr Akinstall, from Pembroke, in custody.

He will appear in the Supreme Court arraignments session on December 1.

Quianna Butterfield, 25, appeared in court last Wednesday charged with the same murders and attempted murders. She was also remanded and will appear at the December 1 arraignments.
