Butterfield shares rise

The RG/BSX Index finished unchanged at 2,595.09 on the Thursday before Christmas. There was no activity on the Bermuda Stock Exchange domestic board.
On the New York Stock Exchange, the Bank of Butterfield was up 40 cents (1.07 per cent), closing at $37.95.
