One Covid-19 patient being treated in hospital

Just one Covid-19 patient is being treated in hospital, a reduction of one since the previous weekly update.

There are 14 known active cases of Covid-19 outside the hospital – although the prevalence of at-home antigen testing means the true figure is unknown.

At the February 1 update, there were two people being treated in hospital with four known cases of Covid-19 outside King Edward VII Memorial Hospital.

To date, 18,612 people have recovered from Covid-19, and the island’s official death toll from the pandemic remains at 158.
