The City of Hamilton has announced the movies for the summer edition of its Fresh Air Films series to be held at Barr’s Bay Park.

The first showing will feature Puss In Boots: The Last Wish and will screen at 6.30pm, and the second movie, Marvel’s Black Panther: Wakanda Forever, will start at 8.30pm.

“Barr’s Bay Park creates the perfect amphitheatre for our summer movies, with a bonus breathtaking view,” said the City’s marketing co-ordinator, Sideya Dill.

“The park is also the perfect picnic spot so we encourage movie buffs to collect their favourite take away and join us for a blockbuster night under the stars.”

Admission for the event on June 24 is free and gates open at 5.30pm.

Food and snacks will be available for purchase from on-site vendors including Four Star, Bermuda Cupcake Company and Ashley’s Lemonade. In the event of bad weather, the event will be moved to July 1.
