Firearms-related charges against a 30-year-old woman were dismissed at Supreme Court yesterday.
Tonae Perinchief-Leader, of Sandys, in May denied handling a revolver, a shotgun and 485 rounds of ammunition of different calibres.
The offences were alleged to have happened in Sandys in July 2015.
Puisne Judge Charles-Etta Simmons told the court: “It appears to the court that the evidence against the applicant would not be sufficient for a jury, properly directed, to convict.”
Mrs Justice Simmons said her written judgment would be released later.
