Paradise Mobile has promoted Ashantae Goater to senior brand ambassador.

The company said the move was in recognition of her exceptional contributions and leadership in her two years there.

In her newly expanded role, Ms Goater will take on increased responsibility in billing and charging operations, while continuing to drive improvements in customer service delivery.

The telecommunications firm said Ms Goater has emerged as a key leader in managing customer interactions, support tickets and billing cycles, while playing a prominent role in supporting the development and continuous improvement of Paradise Mobile’s billing system.

“Since joining Paradise Mobile at the beginning, she has demonstrated remarkable adaptability and ownership in navigating the company’s start-up environment,” a spokesman for the firm said. “Her end-to-end thinking approach has been instrumental in understanding how business rules, systems and customer experience interconnect.”

“I am extremely proud of how Ashantae has grown with Paradise,” chief customer officer Samir Ladha said. “She exhibits all the qualities of a future leader and this is just the beginning. She has enormous potential and an uncanny knack for positively influencing those around her.
