Bermuda Motors technicians complete Toyota training
Two technicians at Bermuda Motors have been recognised for completing specialised regional training through Toyota Tsusho America Inc.
Patrick Abuluyan, an A1 technician motor vehicle mechanic, completed training in Toyota safety sense and high-tech diagnosis, where he gained advanced knowledge in the latest vehicle safety and diagnostic systems.
Corey Lewis, a tradesman, finished coursework in Toyota automatic transmissions; noise, vibration and harshness; and diagnostic fundamentals.
“These accomplishments are a testament to Bermuda Motors’ ongoing investment in world-class training and preparation for the future of automotive technology,” said William Madeiros, managing director.
“We extend our sincere congratulations to Patrick and Corey on their outstanding accomplishments and thank them for their continued dedication to professional growth and quality service.”
The training took place in Trinidad and is part of Toyota Tsusho’s regional initiative to enhance skills across the Caribbean.
Bermuda Motors said the certification reinforces both technicians’ technical capabilities and the company’s broader goal of delivering top-tier service using the latest tools and techniques.
The company noted that the skills gained through these programmes are needed to keep pace with rapidly evolving technology in safety systems and precision diagnostics.
