All change after Dudley Eve Trophy postponements

Persistent rain has forced the Bermuda Football Association to postpone the Dudley Eve Trophy matches scheduled for Devonshire Recreation Club tonight.

Dandy Town were due to take on Paget in the opening group A game at 7pm, with Boulevard facing North Village in the later match at 9pm.

“The committee is working to reschedule these matches as soon as possible, and you will be advised of the new date at the earliest opportunity,” the BFA said in a statement.

Football’s governing body later came back to say the above matches will be Devonshire Recreation Club on Sunday at 6pm and 8pm respectively.

The matches that had been originally switched from Saturday at Goose Gosling Field to Sunday will now be played on Tuesday, also at Devonshire Rec, to allow the teams in group A sufficient rest before their final matches on September 20.

Revised schedule

Sunday: Dandy Town v Paget (6pm); Boulevard v North Village (8pm). Games are at Devonshire Rec.

Tuesday: X-Roads v Devonshire Colts (7pm); Young Men’s Social Club v PHC (9pm). Games are at Devonshire Rec.
