Cambridge Beaches relaunches culinary masters series
Cambridge Beaches Resort and Spa is bringing its World’s Culinary Masters Series back after its successful launch last year.
From October 2025 to April 2026, this dining programme will transport guests on a monthly journey through the kitchens of the world’s most celebrated restaurants — reimagined in Bermuda by executive chef James Wambui.
Hosted in the Parlour at the Sandys hotel, the series focuses offers on world-class dining in a personal environment.
Each dinner will feature a multi-course tasting menu inspired by an iconic restaurant from across the globe, interpreted through Mr Wambui’s own artistry and storytelling.
He said with only 24 seats available each month, every dinner becomes a conversation, a discovery and a shared journey.
The season begins with progressive dining with Gaggan in Bangkok, featuring a 12-course tasting menu inspired by Gaggan’s iconic emoji menu.
November’s theme will be modern Mexican with Quintonil in Mexico City. Then the hotel will start the new year with Nordic precision inspired by Frantzén in Stockholm. February will be French elegance with Sézanne in Tokyo and March will include bold flavours with Ikoyi in London.
The series will conclude in April with poetic cuisine with Atelier Crenn in San Francisco.
The special menus will be featured every third Saturday. The price is $195 per person, including wine pairings, exclusive of service fee.
Guests who book all seven events will receive 15 per cent off the total price at time of reservation.
