Legislators will return to the House of Assembly on Friday after MPs went on break at the end of September.
It will not come with the November tradition of the Reconvening of the Legislature with the ceremonial reading of the Throne Speech by the Governor.
A spokeswoman said that the General Election on February 18 meant that the Government’s legislative agenda would continue on from the Throne Speech held in March.
It was the island’s second in four months after the legislature was reconvened in November 2024.
