Warwick Academy pupils set world, regional IGCSE standards
Four Warwick Academy pupils have achieved a notable academic coup by earning in some of the highest IGCSE scores seen across international regions this year — with one enjoying the distinction of becoming one of the most successful in the world.
Jude Espley-Ault achieved the world’s highest mark in the Mathematics during the summer 2025 IGCSE examination series.
He also achieved the highest marks in the Americas region for Chemistry and Physics, and the highest mark in Bermuda for Biology.
Mr Espley-Ault was joined by his peers in setting the high standard for national and international achievements.
Olivia Smith reached top marks in Bermuda in her Spanish IGCSE.
Sarah Haziza received the highest marks in the Americas in the French IGCSE, and Sophie Greenway achieved in the highest grade in Global Citizenship in the Americas.
David Horan, the head of school at Warwick Academy, said: “These exceptional results reflect not only academic excellence, but the strength of our whole-school approach.”
He added: “Our students are supported through strong teaching, pastoral care, wellbeing programmes and co-curricular opportunities, that allow them to thrive both inside and outside the classroom.”
