Rider injured in South Road, Warwick collision

Police were this evening diverting motorists away from the junction of Cobbs Hill and South Road in Warwick after a collision between a car and a motorcycle.
A police spokesman said that it was understood that the rider of the motorcycle, a 41-year-old man, was injured.
The spokesman added: “He has been transported by ambulance to King Edward VII Memorial Hospital for treatment.
“The roadway is currently blocked while the scene is processed with diversions in place at Cobbs Hill Road and Ord Road, Warwick as well as at South Road and Harvey Road, Paget.”
