Nominations are now open for the 9th Annual Bermuda Economic Development Corporation Business Awards.

The BEDC are asking for the public’s support to spotlight outstanding businesses in Bermuda.

Members of the public are asked to nominate a business of their choice in recognition of their great service, superior product, hard work and growth.

All nominees must be Bermudian or a Bermudian-owned business.

There are ten awards up for grabs including entrepreneur of the year, young entrepreneur of the year, people’s choice, customer service, start-up, vendor, family business of the year, people’s choice award and the innovation and tech award.

Submitting a business more than once for the same category does not increase the businesses chance of winning.

Participants are asked to only submit one nomination per business, per category. The BEDC said nominations are not the only source of selection.

• The nomination deadline is February 15. The prize giving will be held on March 21 at Grotto Bay Beach Resort from 7pm to 11pm. The previous BEDC Business Awards were held in November 2024 as part of Global Entrepreneurship Week.
