A 24-year old man appeared in Magistrates’ Court yesterday to deny charges of possessing a gun as well as ammunition.
Syhon Akinstall pleaded not guilty before magistrate Craig Attridge to possessing a firearm, namely a Walther PPK pistol, on June 5, 2025, without a licence.
He also pleaded not guilty to having eight rounds of ammunition and a further ten rounds of ammunition for a 9mm weapon.
