Sign-up time launches for 2026 End-to-End
Registration has opened online for the 2026 Convex End-to-End on May 2, when participants set out walking and cycling as well as sailing and rowing for charity throughout the day.
The site, bermudaendtoend.bm, comes with a programme as well as route maps, start times, transportation details and water stop locations.
Attendees can join the full 24.1-mile End-to-End route, the 14-mile Middle-to-End or the three-mile Fun Walk and Cycle.
The End-to-End-to-End cycling route offers the opportunity to travel the island twice in one day.
Prospective road marshals for the 39th End-to-End can also sign up online to volunteer.
The nine local charities reaping the benefits were announced last month.
Participants who fundraise will be eligible for prizes. Students are encouraged to get involved through their school, with the $15,000 Deloitte Top School Prize awarded to the top participating school, and the Butterfield Young Striders initiative supporting participation for public school students.
Christen Styche, the End-to-End board chairwoman, said the fundraiser was special for fostering a sense of unity.
She added: “Each year, we see schools, corporate teams and community groups come together, alongside rowers, cyclists and walkers of all ages.
“However you choose to take part, you’ll be helping to support causes that make a meaningful difference to the Bermuda community.”
All routes conclude at the Victualling Yard in Dockyard, where the End Zone finish line includes entertainment and refreshments.
The Convex End-to-End’s event office in the Sunglass and Watch Shop at 15 Reid Street in Hamilton will open from next Monday to May 1, from 8.30am to 5pm, with extended hours to 6pm on April 29, for participants to collect race numbers with a T-shirt and goodie bag, while supplies last, and receive 10 per cent off at the store.
