Lunch and Learn sessions to focus on mental health stigma
The Ministry of Health will host a pair of online “lunch and learn” sessions as part of Mental Health Anti-Stigma Month, with the first to take place today.
A spokeswoman said that the sessions, organised in collaboration with the Mental Health Anti-Stigma Group, are intended to “spark awareness, encourage open dialogue and build practical skills”.
The first session, to take place at noon today, will focus on tools to help participants manage pressure and strengthen their ability to bounce back from challenges.

The second session, to be held at noon on May 26, will focus on general wellbeing in the workplace, examining how different generation experience work, stress and support.

Kim Wilson, the Minister of Health, said: “Mental wellbeing is something we all deserve, and it grows stronger when we learn together.
