Fairmont Southampton ratio is the wrong way round

Dear Sir,
I find it incredible that 73 per cent of the workers being employed for the redevelopment of the Fairmont Southampton hotel are being hired from 19 countries. Only 27 per cent of the workers are Bermudian. The current Government is always presenting that it is for Bermudians first. Why are more Bermudians not being employed?
The figures should be 75 per cent Bermudians and 25 per cent on work permits.
