Mosaic welcomes eight interns

Mosaic Insurance has welcomed eight interns across its offices in Bermuda, London, New York, and Chicago this summer, the largest group in the programme’s six-year history.

This year’s cohort, placed in the company’s four largest offices, includes: Indigo Adamson, Jonah Boren, Jessica Bruton, Rafael Hall, Will Irvin, Jordan Juliano, Erick Mendez, and Anaika Sah.

“We are excited to welcome our 2026 summer interns as part of Mosaic’s continued commitment to developing future talent,” said Jennifer Howard, senior global HR partner at Mosaic. “We value the fresh perspectives they bring and are committed to providing opportunities that foster learning, growth, and meaningful contributions to our organisation.”

• Ms Adamson has completed her first year at the University of Edinburgh, UK, where she is studying philosophy and theology. As a communications and marketing intern at Mosaic Bermuda, she supports content development, internal and external communications, and marketing projects across the business.

• Mr Boren has concluded his second year at Gettysburg College, PA, studying business organisations and management. Based in New York City with Mosaic’s environmental liability team, he’s learning about combined functions of risk analysis, environmental analysis, and marketing, assisting underwriters and supporting a variety of projects.

• Ms Bruton has wrapped her third year at Queen’s University, Kingston, Ontario, studying global development with a minor in geography. She has rejoined Mosaic in its London office for her third consecutive summer as a cyber/tech Intern, peer-reviewing underwriting analyses and consolidating tech errors and omissions new business applications.

• Mr Hall recently graduated with an undergraduate biochemistry degree from the University of Sheffield, UK. At Mosaic’s London office, he is a transactional liability intern, reviewing transaction-related documents, conducting due diligence research, and supporting evaluation of new deal opportunities across a range of industries.

• Mr Irvin, an economics student who has finished his second year at Southern Methodist University, Texas, is with Mosaic’s cyber team in Chicago. In this role, he supports underwriting operations through account analysis, data management, and portfolio-review activities.

• Mr Juliano, also going into his third undergraduate year this fall, in information systems at George Washington University, Washington DC, is a cyber intern at Mosaic New York. He supports underwriting operations, account analysis, data management, and projects designed to enhance team efficiency and broker engagement.

• Mr Mendez has concluded his third year at Binghamton University’s School of Management, New York, pursuing a Bachelor of Business Administration degree. He is interning with Mosaic’s transactional liability team in New York, supporting the department by analysing M&A documents and managing workflows on deal opportunities.

• Ms Sah, having completed her second year of finance and economics studies at Indiana University’s Kelley School of Business, is an IT/data intern at Mosaic’s New York office. She’s supporting the team on a range of technology initiatives, process improvements, and projects that enhance business efficiency.

Mosaic launched its internship programme a few months after launch in 2021, expanding its student intake annually. Interns have opportunities to immerse in their respective fields of focus, from underwriting to finance and marketing, networking with team members across units and jurisdictions.

“I’m thrilled to experience my third summer with Mosaic,” Ms Bruton said. “The mentorship I have received over the years has been an integral part of my career development, and I’ve found the team’s dedication truly inspiring. I appreciate how everyone goes above and beyond to support me, and I’m excited to be back.”
