Rosewood Bermuda has opened a new waterfront bar with a Mexican flavour.

In partnership with Patrón Tequila, the Hamilton Parish resort has launched the Mirador bar — lookout point in Spanish.

Resort guests and members can enjoy views of Castle Harbour paired with Mexican-inspired flavours, handcrafted cocktails and Rosewood Bermuda’s exclusive Patrón Añejo Barrel selection.

A Rosewood spokeswoman said for now, Mirador is exclusively available to hotel guests and Rosewood Bermuda members. However, a grand opening to be held early next year will open the bar up to locals and travellers too.

Led by Rosewood Bermuda bar supervisor Israel “Izzy” Bennett, the cocktail programme showcases handcrafted creations that highlight the complexity and character of the property’s exclusive Patrón barrel selection.

The menu is curated by executive chef Danny Khajekian.

The bar’s culinary programme draws inspiration from the vibrant flavours and traditions of Mexican cuisine.

The menu features a selection of shareable bites, fresh seafood offerings and seasonal specialities designed to complement the cocktail experience.

Mirador is open daily from noon until 8pm. Reservations are not required.
