Traffic will be restricted in a section of the King Edward VII Memorial Hospital campus on Tuesday, the Bermuda Hospitals Board said.

A spokeswoman noted that vehicular access will be restricted between Point Finger Road and Berry Hill Road from 7am to 2.30pm to facilitate the delivery of materials for internal upgrade works at the hospital’s imaging services department.

She said vehicular access from Point Finger Road will end at the acute care wing visitor parking lot and ambulance bay areas.

Access via the Berry Hill Road entrance will end at the general wing entrance.

The areas will be cordoned off and motorists were urged to observe erected barriers and directions from on-site personnel.

The BHB apologised for any inconvenience the closure may cause.
