Several traffic lights in the City continue to be out of service, the Corporation of Hamilton advised yesterday.
The City of Hamilton said on Friday that technicians were working to repair the affected lights, which include those at the junction of Church Street and Queen Street, and pedestrian crossings near City Hall and the Hamilton Bus Terminal.
City staff continued to direct traffic and assist pedestrians with signs yesterday.
A spokeswoman was unable to say when the issue would be resolved.
Motorists and pedestrians were warned to be extra cautious in the area.
