A man appeared in Magistrates’ Court yesterday charged with an attack on another man.

Bobby DeGraff, 46, pleaded not guilty to assaulting Graham Lathan with intent to cause bodily harm. The incident is alleged to have happened last June in St George’s.

Magistrate Tyrone Chin adjourned the case until May 13, released Mr DeGraff, from Hamilton Parish, on $1,500 bail and ordered him to have no contact with the complainant.
