charge of assaulting a man in Devonshire causing him bodily harm.

Terrance Gift, 41, of Parsons Road, Pembroke and Shannon Woolfe, 29, of Fort Hamilton Drive, Pembroke, were charged with assaulting Harvey Ellsworth Williams Jr. on November 22 last year in Devonshire.

Gift is represented by lawyer Tim Marshall while Woolfe is represented by lawyer Julian Hall.

Senior Magistrate Will Francis set the matter down for mention on April 4 and bailed both men for $500.
