The Listing Committee of the Bermuda Stock Exchange (BSX) announced the approval of the listing of 20,012,00 Ordinary Shares of Security Services Group Ltd. consisting of Class A Shares and Class B Shares on the BSX's Mezzanine Market.

Security Service Group Ltd. was established in April 2002 under the Companies Act of Bermuda and operates as an investment holding company, the principal assets of which comprise significant interests in companies whose shares are listed on the Alternative Investment Market of the London Stock Exchange, namely the Andrew Sykes Group Plc. and London Securities Plc.

These companies are primarily involved in air quality control and fire security, principally in the United Kingdom, as well as inGroup Ltd.
