Bermudian-based law firm Wakefield Quin represented Diesco Ltd and its Latin American subsidiaries in connection with a $4 billion financing by Goldman Sachs.

Diesco is one of the leading companies in the Dominican Republic, with more than 50 years of operation in the manufacturing and distribution of plastic containers and non-alcoholic beverages.

The cross-border transaction involved several jurisdictions including the US, Bermuda, the British Virgin Islands, the Dominican Republic and Puerto Rico.
