A 47-year-old man has denied being part of a plot to smuggle cocaine into Bermuda.

Rudolph Travers Clarke pleaded not guilty to conspiracy to import a controlled drug into Bermuda in January at Supreme Court arraignments. Mr Clarke also denied a further charge of possessing a controlled drug with intent to supply.

He was remanded in custody.
