Bermuda to host Grand Slam of Golf for two years
Bermuda will host the PGA Grand Slam for the next two years after agreeing a new contract with the PGA of America.The announcement was made this morning by the PGA of America, and Tourism Minister Patrice Minors said she was thrilled by the decision.“Bermuda is thrilled to once again be hosting the PGA Grand Slam of Golf,” said Ms Minors. “In the past four years, our relationship with The PGA of America is one that has grown from strength to strength, and we are pleased that we are continuing this special partnership.“This announcement clearly signifies that the PGA recognizes Bermuda as a premier destination to host one of their top golf events and we welcome their support of our tourism product.”Watch a video of the announcement here: http://www.pgamediacenter.com/videos/bermudaroundtable.cfm
