The House of Assembly reconvenes today with several pieces of legislation on the agenda.

Government Bills will include: The Partnership and Limited Liability Company (Beneficial Ownership) Amendment Act 2017; the Companies Amendment (No 2) Act 2017; and the Payroll Tax Amendment (No 2) Act 2017. There will be a second reading of the Health (Miscellaneous) Amendment Act 2017 by health minister Jeanne Atherden and it’s possible that parliamentarians will lay and debate the Partnership and Limited Liability Company (Beneficial Ownership) Amendment Act 2017 read by finance minister Bob Richards.
