Exercise can help your blood pressure stay in range

Regular exercise helps get your high blood pressure in the normal range, and for those of you who already have good readings, it helps ensure they remain that way. Heart disease is the number one killer of women in Bermuda and high blood pressure plays a large role.

The Bermuda Heart Foundation have organised a women’s walk and run to both raise funds, and help draw attention to these facts. The event takes place this Sunday at the Botanical Gardens starting at 8.30am. You can register at the website www.PartnerRe5K.bm
