The Hamilton Kiwanis Club went all out last week entertaining some 200 seniors from all over the Island at their 13 th Annual Seniors Christmas party and dinner. The event over the years has become so popular that the Kiwanians for the first time had to institute a “reservations only” procedure so as to make best use of the centre at the Salvation Army Citadel in Hamilton. The Governor, Sir Richard Gozney, Premier Paula Cox and Opposition Leader Craig Cannonier shared the head table. Each extended seasons greeting to “honoured guests” as the Governor put it; and they were high in praise of the Kiwanians’ efforts, serving a three-course dinner, distributing gifts to all, plus raffles and entertainment.
