A firm bottom is always more attractive than a flabby one – especially in the swimsuit weather of summer. This week the Summer Shape-Up exercise tones the hips as well as the gluteus muscles which give your bottom shape.Tania Degiorgio won her class in the Bermuda Body Figure Night of Champions last year.The Zumba instructor and personal trainer at Body Fit gym said thigh abductors can be done anywhere and by almost anyone.They are done standing up.
