Changing opening hours at the Lamb Foggo Urgent Care Centre

The weekday hours of the Lamb Foggo Urgent Care Centre (UCC) are changing with the service available later into the evening.
From today, the UCC will open from 2pm to 10pm every weekday and public holiday, instead of noon until 8pm.
An x-ray service will be available on Monday, Wednesday, Friday and Sunday. People can call the UCC if they need to check the hours at 298-7700.
Dr Chikeze Dean Okereke, Chief of Emergency, said: “These later opening times offer better coverage out of hours. It means we can be there later into the night for people with minor illnesses and injuries who need attention quickly, giving an alternative to waiting in the Emergency Department.”
