Coral Beach applies to build eight two-bed units

First Prev 1 2 Next Last

A tourist property has resubmitted plans to build eight new units.

The Coral Beach and Tennis Club in Paget proposed the construction of six new buildings, which would contain the eight two-bedroom units.

The application – submitted earlier this month – said that the plans were the same as those submitted for the site in 2017.

The earlier plans were approved by the Development Applications Board in 2018.

But planning permission for the project expired last March without ground being broken.
