HSBC Reid Street entrance reopens
HSBC Bermuda has reopened the Reid Street entrance of the Harbourview Center after the completion of minor repairs to the façade of the building, which required an extended period where scaffolding blocked entry.
Once inside, the bank said, customers will note renovations to the open areas and the addition of more enclosed office space for conversations with HSBC staff.
Upgrades also include the introduction of new tablets and touchscreens to support client servicing.
Steven Simons, HSBC Bermuda Senior Branch Manager said: “In an effort to provide our valued customers with a better banking experience, we refreshed the branch by integrating technology that will support customers’ needs and enhance their overall experience.
“These enhancements represent just one of a number of phased investments to improve the space and align with our ongoing ambition to modernise our customer service offerings.”
HSBC Customers will also benefit from a new, higher capacity coin machine that has been installed at the Front Street entrance.
